Urdu Spine Printing

Export Label into Download as XML. Then open excel software and then from excel software open the downloaded file (XML). Its will open all data without any error i.e., urdu characters .. 

Then select Complete sheet by (Ctrl+a) and then (Ctrl + 1)

Click on Custom > and type three 000 (into TYPE field) (three 000) (its mean all call number must have 3 digits) . it done because excel automatically remove all ZEROS before any number. By doing so Zero will not removed by excel.

Select Column (ITEMCALLNUMBER) and then click DATA , Then click Text to Column, Then Fixed Width, Then Next, Then delete Lines Between character (that we don’t want to separate). Click Next.

 کوہا میں کٹر نمبر میں سپیسز نہیں ہوتی۔۔ تاکہ ہر چیز الگ الگ رہ سکے۔

جب فائل ایکسل میں کھل جائے۔ تو ctrl h کو دبائیں۔ رپلیس کے ٹیپ پر کلک کریں۔ find what  والی فیلڈ میں ایک سپیس دے دیں۔ اور replace with والی فیلڈ میں cltl jدبائیں۔ اور replace all کر دیں۔ تمام سپیسس بریک ہو کر الگ الگ ہو جائیں گی۔

ایکسل میں ایک شیٹ کھول کر اس میں بار کوڈ والے کالم پر بارکوڈ کا فونٹ لگا دیں۔ اور سپائن والے کالم پر فونٹ سٹائیل بتا دیں۔ اور ان کالم کے فونٹ سائز سیٹ کر دیں۔ بار کوڈ والے کالم کو سنٹرل اور بوٹم کر دیں۔ تاکہ بارکوڈ سیل کر درمیان میں آئے۔ باقی کالم کا فونٹ سائیذ 1 اور فونڈ کلر وائٹ کر دیں تاکہ وہ پرنٹ میں نہ آئے۔ ایکسل میں ٹمپلیٹ تیار ہو گیا۔
